KA automation engineers can remotely develop software for your automation projects on different platforms. Detailed Software FAT can also be conducted remotely from any part of the world. Our engineers are well versed with Plant Pax, Factory Talk, Studio 5000, WinCC, TIA Portal, Step 7, Plant Cruise, Soft Master, Experion HS.
KA’s trained engineers are available for your projects for commissioning of Electrical, Automation and Instrumentation systems. We have varied experience across different industry verticals and bring the knowledge of best practices to our job sites. Currently, for a Finnish company, we commission their SIS and Burner Management for their Recovery Boilers around the globe.
Apart from projects where we have supplied hardware, we also undertake pure development and commissioning projects.

KA also helps its customers by providing Annual Maintenance Contracts for E&I installations in the plant. Apart from this, during Annual Shutdowns, we undertake various activities ranging from retrofitting existing Power Control Centers along with busbars to changing broken locks and introducing acrylic shrouds. Recently, for a cement company, we converted their 30 year old Power Control Centers from DrawOut to Fixed and changed their Bus Bar System.
