Shiva is the Founder & CEO of Rembarrier Advisors Private Limited. Rembarrier advises corporates on digital transformation of work place, systems and leadership modelling, culture transformation and M&A .Rembarrier partners with global leaders like Beekeeper Inc Zurich ,WDHB ( Denver Colorado) , and MacDonald Associates consultancy UK for delivering world class consulting services. Shiva is a management professional with over 3 decades of global leadership experience in managing large multi ethnic teams, global sales strategy, M&A, manufacturing, construction and project management. Shiva served as the MD of Thyssenkrupp Industries in India till Aug 2017. Under his leadership, Siemens India and Thyssenkrupp India successfully entered and expanded the business in Africa, MEA and South East Asia. Shiva was the CEO of Industrial solutions business of Siemens ASEAN & India till 2011. During this period, he was responsible for managing metals, mining, oil & gas, infrastructure and global water business of Siemens. Bengaluru International Airports project (one of the first airport developed in India under Private Public Partnership) was completed under his leadership in Siemens India. Siemens achieved market leadership position in all the above markets under Shiva’s tenure as CEO. During his 3 decades of corporate service, he has lead a number of global transformation projects. He has also managed 3 mergers successfully from the start to the complete integration. Shiva started his corporate journey in Larsen & Toubro ECC group in 1981. His core competence includes strategy, project management, global sales, customer relationship, innovation and managing complex technology business. Shiva is an Honors’ graduate in Electrical Engineering with an MBA degree from University of Madras, India. He is married with 2 children. He loves playing golf, reading books and mentoring startup companies in technology space.
